### 1. **Services**

 

We provide custom graphic design services including but not limited to logos, branding, digital illustrations, print materials, and digital assets. All services are provided based on agreed project terms and timelines.

### 2. **Ownership & Intellectual Property**

 

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

 

* We retain ownership of all original design files and concepts.

* Upon full payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the final design for agreed purposes.

* You may not resell or redistribute our work without written consent.

### 3. **Payments & Refunds**

 

* Payments must be made in full or based on agreed milestones before final files are delivered.

* Due to the custom nature of design work, **all sales are final and non-refundable** once work has commenced.

* If you cancel a project before work begins, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

### 4. **Revisions**

 

We typically allow 3 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions may incur extra charges, which will be clearly communicated.

### 5. **Client Responsibilities**

 

You agree to:

 

* Provide clear instructions and timely feedback.

* Supply all necessary materials (e.g., text, logos, photos) for the project.

* Ensure you have rights to use any materials you provide.

### 6. **Turnaround Time**

 

Typical delivery time varies per project and will be discussed upfront. Delays caused by late client responses may affect turnaround.

### 7. **Confidentiality**

 

We respect your privacy and will not share your confidential project details or proprietary information without your permission.

### 8. **Limitation of Liability**

 

We are not liable for:

 

* Losses or damages resulting from use or misuse of the final designs.

* Issues caused by third-party vendors, printing services, or website platforms.

  Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

### 9. **Termination**

 

We reserve the right to terminate any project or relationship if there is a breach of these terms or abusive behavior. In such cases, you may be invoiced for work completed up to that point.

### 10. **Governing Law**

 

These terms are governed by the laws of USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction located in Alabama.

### 11. **Changes to These Terms**

 

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
